Under the direct supervision of the Acquisition Manager, the Acquisition Specialist implements acquisition plans to acquire new donors, and improves operational excellence to manage the achievement of fundraising objectives and strategies for acquisition team. The Acquisition Specialist initiates and follow up to acquisition activities as needed.
To analyze, overview campaign performance, and dedicate to plan the annual activity goal with KPIs
To develop activity plans for acquisition campaigns at F2F and DRTV
To manage communications with agencies and vendor, such as donor complaints, payments, deliverables, and performance reports as a main focal point
To manage and implement acquisition activities planned for F2F and DRTV
To develop and manage new acquisition materials for acquisition campaigns To follow up budget related to acquisition campaigns
To track and analyze the results of acquisition campaigns and report to the Acquisition Manager
[MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES]
1. Analyses and planning
Under the supervision of the Acquisition manager, is a key player in the development of detail action plans for acquisition campaigns, and fully manage their implementation
Analyses the acquisition activities in the market to understand the fundraising trends, and explores competitor status to differentiate from the competition
Provides insights based on market research’s and supports early predictive intelligence
2. Implementation
Implements monthly / quarterly acquisition plans scheduled for each acquisition campaign
Manages communications with the external agencies and vendors regarding cost estimation, deliverables schedule and invoice process, and reports performance to Acquisition Manager
Manages contracts processes ensuring that all contractual agreements and documents are properly submitted/saved
Support developing annual acquisition plans of income and budget, based on the analysis of CRM data
Supports research on new acquisition channels as needed
►F2F
Leads regular MSF training for campaigners
Manages and communicates with external agencies for database matching, donor complaints, territorial issues, arranging monthly target, etc. as a main focal point of F2F
Develops and produces acquisition materials for campaigns
Manages hospital program with external agencies including contract, seminar research, arrangement, campaigner training, material supports, invoice, payment, reports etc.
► DRTV
Develops implementation plans for improving the performance of DRTV acquisition to meet the annual DRTV target
Tracks implementation progress against predefined performance targets
Oversees the production of media contents and initiates new campaign themes
Conducts regular meetings with external agencies and provides regular TM training
Communicates with the external agencies for media executions, data entry, any issues related to donors etc.
Manages TM center and monitors call response quality
Plans and develops TM scripts for each media content
Ensures that all tests and mystery shopping are properly set up and tracked
Ensures delivery of results and budget figures to the Acquisition Manager
► Supports any other acquisition channel as needed.
3. Monitoring & Reporting
Monitors results of each campaign and reports to Acquisition Manager in a timely manner
Monitors closely the performance of each agency and reports to Acquisition Manager
Makes recommendations on how to improve the efficiencies of acquisition activities to Acquisition Manager as needed
Follows up budget and reports in a timely manner to Acquisition Manager
Supports Acquisition Manager in researching and recommending new fundraising channels
4. General Duties
Provides administrative support to Acquisition Manager as needed
Assists other fundraising projects as required
[QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB REQUIREMENTS]
1. Essential skills and experience
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in NGOs and or corporation with experience in business process management
Experience and successful delivery of a diverse range of marketing strategies
Extensive experience in multiple agency management and working with external suppliers to deliver projects
Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Strong analytical, problem solving and creative thinking skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Superior time management skills and ability to deliver to deadlines
Excellent MS office processing skills
Ability to work in a team and foster team spirit
Strong commitment to MSF’s humanitarian aid work
Self-starter. Ability to work independently
Fluent in written and spoken Korean and English

Head of Digital (Replacement)
[PURPOSE OF THE POSITION]
In close cooperation with the Fundraising Director, Communication Director, Human Resources Director and Head of Finance and Compliance, this position aims to maximize engagement with the Korean audiences and support the MSF’s social mission through digital channels and tools. The Head of the digital unit is responsible for developing a strategic vision for MSF Korea digital engagement, coordinating, and developing MSF Korea websites and social media channels, leading online marketing strategies and analytics, and providing advice and innovation on digital engagement trends and best practices.
This strategy will be implemented in coordinated activities aiming to:
Increase digital fundraising
Expand the visibility of MSF and its medical humanitarian work and principles to the public in South Korea
Provide visibility and support to the recruitment of field international and HQHR staff
[RESPONSABILITIES]
General:
The Head of Digital will:
Develop and be accountable for the strategic digital direction of MSF Korea and meeting our global objectives
Define the midterm/long-term vision and strategy for MSF’s fundraising, communication, HR translating them into action plans based on digital perspectives
Be accountable for delivering relevant digital objectives on time and appropriately managing the associated budgets and taking corrective actions when necessary
Main responsibilities
Lead, advise, and design the digital strategies to achieve fundraising objectives (donor acquisition, lead generation, philanthropy, legacies etc…); for digital content dissemination through social media, websites and other digital channels; for the HR recruitment
Ensure digital support and advice are provided to public engagement events and campaigns as well as integrated campaigns with multiple objectives
Lead the digital team and implement the digital activities in line with the business plan and annual plan of action in accordance with the approved budget
Lead definition, implementation and monitoring of KPIs for the unit and ensure comprehensive statistics and reports to identify risks, opportunities, and priorities
Develop and hold accountability for the contents of digital production (Websites, SNS posts, digital promotion and advertisement, campaigns, etc.)
Oversee the development of dashboard, and the production of reports and recommendations for improvement of online activities and digital marketing campaigns
Promote standards and procedures to guarantee quality and coherence of MSF Korea messages on digital platforms and yet provide the best solutions for achieving different objectives
Oversee development of analytic tools and ensure tracking integration with online analysis tools
Oversee and ensure coherent and comprehensive development of MSF digital products and their integration with department tools
Oversee the adequate websites for architecture and a correct organization of contents
Ensure identification of technical problems and facilitate solutions with the support of IT
Identify and propose new tools, applications, and innovative ideas to strengthen MSF digital engagement
Identify through an accurate selection process our digital providers/partners/contract and manage the contracts and vendors and ensure optimized relationships with vendors Team Management
Lead team to create plans and oversees timely implementation, building accountability for success and failures. Analysis’s activities, costs, and achievements to determine department progress towards stated goals and propose corrective actions when required
Hold regular departmental meetings to coordinate, monitor and review activities
Set clear attainable objectives for employees and evaluate the job performance accordingly by established MSF Korea procedures
Oversee relationships with all departmental vendor
Develops departmental budget in close cooperation with the MT. Implement and monitor closely departmental budget by MSF Korea policies and procedures
Responsibilities include a quarterly report and budget review, signing and administering departmental contracts and other administrative documents
MSF Movement
Contribute to, shape, support and participate in global digital platform initiatives, strategies
Identify, design/lead/participate in cross-sectional digital projects where MSF Korea could bring significant added value
Represent MSF Korea in any international communications conferences, and seminars, if invited or seen necessary by the General Director
[QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS]
Essential skills and experience

Degree in digital marketing and communications, Digital technologies or similar
Minimum of seven years of digital and marketing experience with proven records of successes as well as conceptualizing, managing, and developing complex digital projects and web structures
Experience in designing, managing and implementing marketing and communication projects
Solid experience in formulating effective direct response digital campaigns in driving business results
Solid experience in web analytics
Good communicator with strong interpersonal skills
A proactive team player with team management experience
Ability to think strategically as well as tactically
Ability to think analyze, synthesize and present complex information in a convincing, straightforward, and clear manner to a wide range of audiences and through multiple channels
