ACRC Policy Briefing for Foreign Business in Korea
On the morning of March 31, Korea’s Anti-corruption & Civil Rights Commission (ACRC) held its annual Policy Briefing for Foreign Businesses in Korea. The meeting was attended by ACRC Chairperson Sung Yung-hoon and 12 representatives from foreign chambers of commerce in Korea including the ECCK Chairman Dimitris Psillakis. During the briefing, Mr Sung discussed on the enforcement status and future plans of the Improper Solicitation and Graft Act and exchanged inquiries and suggestions regarding the ACRC activities with the heads of foreign business groups. The morning’s event was the first formal event attended by Mr Psillakis after his appointment as Chairman of the Chamber.
