[Airbus] Partners with Korean Air, Incheon Airport, Air Liquide for Decarbonization of the Aviation Sector
Airbus announced on February 9 that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Korean Air, Incheon International Airport Corporation (IIAC), and Air Liquide to Develop Hydrogen Supply & Infrastructure for Airports and Aviation in South Korea.
During the event, which toook place at IIAC’s headquarters, was attended by Fabrice Espinosa President of Airbus Korea, Lee Soo-keun, Executive Vice President and Chief Safety & Operation Officer of Korean Air, Jeon Hyoung-wook Vice President of Infrastructure Division of IIAC, and Guillaume Cottet, President and Representative Director of Air Liquide Korea, the four parties have agreed to join hands in enabling the usage of hydrogen in the decarbonization of the aviation sector in Korea and build relatd infrastructure at airports.
