The British Chamber of Commerce in Korea (BCCK), together with the UN Women Knowledge & Partnership Center warmly invites you to the BCCK Special Forum with UN Women: Become a Changemaker through the Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs). Based on the principle of ‘When people thrive, businesses thrive,’ this special forum will focus on inclusive and care-supportive workplaces and boosting DEI initiatives to build stronger teams and improve employee retention and organizational performance. Through practical strategies, this event is aimed at company leaders, HR managers, and team leaders who wish to advance gender equality, strengthen DEI initiatives, and foster an institutional culture of well-being within their companies.
