The ECCK hosted a breakfast meeting with Deputy Minister for Trade Inho Lee, Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy (MOTIE) on May 2. The discussion revolved around industrial policies, trade, foreign investment, resources, and energy. On April 27, the ECCK introduced the basics of intellectual property protection in Korea to a High-Tech Delegation from Belgium. Sven-Erik Batenburg, Head of Legal & Compliance, touched upon practical experiences and recent improvements made by the Korean authorities with regards to IP protection.
