On August 18, ECCK Chairperson Philippe van Hoof, President Stefan Ernst, and Vice President Bo Sun Kim paid a courtesy visit to Korea Enterprises Federation (KEF) Chairman Sohn Kyung Shik. ECCK and KEF exchanged candid opinions on common agenda such as criminalization of CEOs when administrative punishment is possible, the Trade Union Act (so called Yello Envelop Bill)’s amendment, and the issues with the proposed expansion of the exit tax in the Tax Reform Plan. ECCK Chairperson Philippe shared with Chairman Son of the results of the Roundtable meeting with Employment and Labor Minister Kim Young Hoon on August 14.
