DAPA–ECCK–BCCK Offset Roundtable Strengthens Dialogue on Industrial Cooperation
On 11 February 2026, the European Chamber of Commerce in Korea (ECCK), together with the British Chamber of Commerce in Korea (BCCK), held an Offset Roundtable with the Defense Acquisition Program Administration (DAPA).
The roundtable was organized as a follow-up to the joint paper submitted by ECCK and BCCK in December 2025, which outlined industry perspectives on Korea’s offset framework. In response, DAPA proposed an explanatory session to directly address the recommendations and engage in open dialogue with member companies.
The discussion reaffirmed the importance of structured and regular dialogue between policymakers and industry. ECCK and BCCK expressed their appreciation to DAPA for its openness and engagement, and look forward to continued cooperation in strengthening a transparent, predictable, and mutually beneficial industrial cooperation framework.
