Mr. Ham is a leading life sciences lawyer who brings extensive experience in advising pharmaceutical, biopharma, medical device and diagnostics companies in transactions involving the development and commercialization of life sciences products and technologies. Mr. Ham began his legal career in the US Department of Health and Humans Services in the Office of the General Counsel, practiced law with reputable global law firms in their pharmaceutical and healthcare practice groups, and served a significant term as the head of business development for a Korean global molecular diagnostics company.
In addition to his expertise in life sciences, Mr. Ham has advised clients in automotive, technology and entertainment industries in corporate transactions, in particular Korean corporate investments to the US.
