On October 17, the ECCK Busan Chapter hosted an HR Seminar with Kelly Services at Park Hyatt Busan. Under the topic of “Human Resources Resilience Strategy,” two segments were prepared with a networking dinner in between, where our participants had an opportunity to engage active discussions with other members. YouMe Jeon, Managing Director of Kelly Services commenced the first segment through sharing her insight of HR management strategy in the digital era. The first guest speaker Hyung Ro Kim, an attorney in BAE, Kim & Lee discussed about the labor strategy to cope with change, more specifically about 52 hours working and minimum wage application especially for Busan-Gyeongnam manufacturing EPC company, which was followed by an active Q&A session. During the second segment the other guest speaker, Tae Yeon Gwak, Chief Consultant of LiB Consulting presented about the working habit focused on how to improve productively the HR System.
