A leading driver and strong advocate for European Businesses in Korea
ECCK CFO Forum on 2026 Macro Outlook & Update on FX regulation
On November 26, the ECCK CFO Forum was held where participants were able to gain insight under the theme of ‘2026 Macro Outlook & Update on FX regulation’.
Juliana Lee, Chief Economist at Deutsche Bank for Asia, recently offered valuable insights into current global macroeconomic trends and the impact of the AI investment boom in the US on Asia, with a particular focus on South Korea’s 2026 economic outlook. Eric Jang, Korea Head of Risk Management Solutions at Deutsche Bank, also provided comprehensive updates on the rapidly evolving regulatory landscape in the region, specifically in South Korea. Their timely presentations could contribute significantly to efforts by multinational corporations (MNCs) in South Korea to optimize their risk management strategies. The session concluded with an interactive Q&A among CFOs, which extended into a follow-up gathering. We would like to share immense appreciation to Deutsche Bank, as well as all the CFOs for joining the forum.
ECCK CFO Forum aims to provide relevant insights and networking opportunities exclusively for the CFOs of European companies operating in Korea. If you are interested in joining the upcoming sessions, please contact CFO Forum Manager Siyoon Kim (T: +82 2 6261 2713 | E: siyoon.kim@ecck.or.kr).
