ECCK co-hosted a seminar on “Creative Finance and Climate Hub”.
The ECCK, Incheon National University, the University of Utah Asia Campus, and the Foundation for Renewable Energy & Environment co-hosted an international seminar titled “Creative Finance and Climate Hub” in Songdo on November 14. The seminar was held at the Secretariat of UN-mandated Green Climate Fund (GCF). Presenters in the morning session included Tariq Banuri, professor at University of Utah, Christian Wolff, Director of the Luxemburg School of Finance, and Sean Kidney, CEO of Climate Bond Initiative. A close session followed in the afternoon with GCF professionals to address criteria to be fulfilled in developing Songdo as the hub of climate financing.
