The European Chamber of Commerce in Korea (ECCK) is conducting an anonymous Family-Friendly Workplace Survey to better understand work-life balance practices across industries.
As part of its commitment to advancing sustainable and inclusive business practices, ECCK launched the Family Friendly Future Forum (FFFF) in 2024. The Forum serves as a collaborative platform connecting public and private sector stakeholders to address Korea’s demographic challenges—such as low birth rates and an aging population—not only as societal concerns but as strategic opportunities for long-term business resilience and growth.
Through this survey, the FFFF aims to capture how family-friendly workplace policies are being implemented by companies and perceived by employees. The results will help identify current gaps, surface challenges, and uncover areas for improvement, ultimately supporting the development of more effective, inclusive, and sustainable workplace strategies.
We invite you to participate in our survey to help shape meaningful discussions and practical strategies for a family-friendly future.
