ECCK Family Friendly Future Forum Hosts Expert Workshop on Culture & Benefits
On April 1, the European Chamber of Commerce in Korea (ECCK), through its Family Friendly Future Forum (FFFF), hosted the Expert Workshop: Family Friendly Benefits in collaboration with the ECCK HR & Compliance Forum.
As the first session in the FFFF Expert Workshop Series, the workshop was designed for HR and people & culture professionals, focusing on practical approaches to building family-friendly workplace culture and implementing employee benefits. The session, led by FFFF member Vanderlande, brought together 17 participants from 8 companies, including both FFFF members and non-member organizations, as well as companies such as Kolmar Holdings and HanmiGlobal, recognized for their family-friendly practices.
The workshop featured practical case sharing and interactive discussion, fostering open exchange among participants across companies. It provided a platform to share successful practices and operational challenges, while addressing participants’ questions and pain points through peer discussion. Participant feedback confirmed the strong practical value of the workshop, highlighting new insights and trends, practical guidance for problem-solving, and opportunities for peer benchmarking and exchange. Participants also emphasized the need for continued working-level engagement to translate discussions into actionable outcomes.
