ECCK Future Development Forum with RDI Worldwide
On May 4, ECCK held the Future Development Forum under the theme of “Gen Z Insights”. The mission of the Forum is to provide young professionals (25 to 40 years of age), a platform to get connected across industries and to learn more about cross-industry trends but also people development.
Christian Baudisch, Chairperson of the Future Development Forum, welcomed 25 young talents from ECCK member companies.
Gordon Dudley, CEO of RDI Worldwide led the introduction into the topic. Eric Wan, Principal Consultant then shared his insights: “Millennials and Gen Z are drastically different from other generations when it comes to lifestyle, and when we dig deep and try to understand their life choices, we can learn a lot about how to motivate and inspire them in the workplace”.
The ECCK would like to thank RDI Worldwide for hosting and contributing to this successful Future Development Forum. The next Forum will be happening in about 3 month time.
