ECCK Holds Incheon Port Logistics Improvement Workshop with Incheon Port Authority
ECCK Logistics & Transport committee successfully hosted the Incheon Port Logistics Improvement Workshop together with the Incheon Port Authority (IPA) on May 11, 2023, at IPA Headquarter.
With representatives from member companies, Bollore Logistics Korea, Hapag-Lloyd Korea Co., Ltd, and Savino Del Bene Korea Co., Ltd, in presence, the ECCK met and exchanged insights with Mr. Jong Gil Kim, Vice President of Operation Division of the Incheon Port Authority and Ji Hyung Choi, Executive Officer of the Korea Customs Service.
During the workshop, the participating parties talked about possible opportunities for continuous exchange and collaboration between the ECCK L&T Committee and Incheon Port Authority and touched base on issues such as freight forwarding trends, EV transition for the L&T Industry, green KPIs in the L&T Industry, etc.
Afterwards, they took a port infrastructure tour at the Incheon New Port (Container Terminal). The ECCK would like to extend our gratitude to the Incheon Port Authority for the informative workshop. We will strive to continue this cooperation and fruitful relationship with the Incheon Port Authority and contribute to the betterment of the business environment of Korea!
