ECCK IPR Conference 2023 successfully held
On Tuesday, September 19th, the European Chamber of Commerce in Korea (ECCK) successfully held the IPR Conference of the year, 2023. As the 11th IPR Conference, it was co-hosted by the Korean Intellectual Property Office (KIPO) with support from Hoffmann Eitle and NAM & NAM.
This year, we have invited professionals, academia and industry leaders all around the world, including Jaroslaw Jankowski (Siemens Logistics GmbH Korea, Branch Korea Branch Manager & Lead Counsel Asia), Roberta Romano-Götsch (European Patent Office, Chief Sustainability Officer), Sangyun Kim (Korean Intellectual Property Office, Deputy Director of Industrial Property Information System Division), Susan Park (Bae, Kim & Lee, Senior Foreign Attorney), Michaela Ring (Hoffmann Eitle Partner, Attorney-at-Law and Certified IP Specialist), Woo Jung Jon (KAIST, Professor) and Nicolas Hauw (European Union Intellectual Property Office, Anti-Counterfeiting Blockathon Infrastructure Project Lead) to share enriched and lawful information regarding the Digital IPR and its sustainability.
Under the theme of Digital IPR and its sustainability, participants from both private and public sectors were provided with sourceful information on how digital IPR can help reach our sustainability goals, leading to the construction of a collective future specifically.
They could also actively get involved by sharing their views and thoughts during the Q&A Session.Overall, we would like to thank all the speakers and attendees, as well as our co-host and our partners for their interest and contributions to ECCK’s IPR Conference 2023.
