ECCK Roundtable Meeting with MFDS On-site Inspection Division
On December 9, the ECCK Food Committee and ECCK Kitchen & Home Appliances Committee invited representatives from the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS) On-site Inspection Division. This division is responsible for ensuring food safety prior to import by overseeing the safety management of foreign food facilities in countries that export food to Korea.
Mr. Oh Jae-joon, Director of the On-site Inspection Division, and his team provided an overview of the guidelines for registering Foreign Food Facilities and the Good Importers System, and they addressed questions from Committee members.
