ECCK Successfully Hosts Info Session on Recent Anti-trust issue & CEO Personal Criminal Risk
On the morning of September 14, the ECCK successfully hosted an info session on “Recent Anti-trust issue & CEO Personal Criminal Risk”. In light of development about the Prosecutor’s Office’s active antitrust law enforcement, we have organized a seminar to analyze the growing personal criminal risks faced by CEOs of foreign companies doing business in Korea and discuss appropriate responses.
During the session, three expert speakers from Kim & Chang, Mr. Brian Tae-Hyun Chung (Foreign attorney), Mr. Seoung-Ho Shin (Attorney), and Mr. Hanjo Kim (Attorney), provided their insights on issues related to anti-trust laws and current practices.
