Job Description 

• The European Chamber of Commerce in Korea (ECCK) is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented intern to support the overall operations of the organization.
  As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various operational tasks while working with different teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide management support, including expense processing, reimbursement claims, and meeting coordination.
• Assist various teams with document management and communication.
• Assist with office operations, including facility coordination, invoice processing, and call management.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Requirement

• Fluency in English and Korean (both oral and written); other language(s) a plus;
• Outstanding writing and communication skills;
• Pro-active and able to work independently, sometimes under tight deadlines;
• Flexible and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously;
• International mindset, comfortable working in a multi-national environment;
• Proficiency in using MS Office
