Responsible for communication with members and providing necessary information as a main point of contact
Manage the membership joining & renewal process including issuing the membership fee invoices and following up on collection
Coordinate and participate membership related meetings
Manage the member companies & individuals database accordingly and maintain up-to-date members information on ECCK media channels
Research and identify potential members and develop relationship
Provide administrative support to team on members related issues
Requirement
Fluent in English and Korean (both oral and written), other language(s) a plus;
Outstanding writing and communication skills;
Pro-active and able to work independently, sometimes under tight deadlines;
Flexible and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously;

Proficiency in using MS Office.
