On October 30, ECCK organized a webinar on amendments to the Korean Commercial Code. During this webinar BKL’s Mark Cho and Jongkwon Ryoo discussed the amendments, focusing in particular on the introduction of multi-level derivative lawsuits, the possibility to change the dividend recordal date as well as the exercise of minority shareholder rights for listed companies.
