ECCK’s Webinar on the Key Changes to the Korean Data Privacy Laws with Yulchon is now available.

On January 9, the Korean National Assembly approved amendments to Korea’s three major data privacy Acts, the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Data Protection (Network Act) and the Act on the Information and Use of Credit Information (Credit Information Act).  During this webinar the key changes for each of these three Acts are explained and recommendations are made on how to respond to these amendments.
