Under the theme “How to Lead and Steer Korean Teams within a Multinational”, this interactive seminar will provide practical tools to enhance two-way communication, build trust, and foster performance within multicultural environments. Led by professional development expert Mr. Simon Bureau, Founder & CEO of Vectis, the session will equip expatriate managers and executives with actionable strategies to navigate Korea’s evolving corporate landscape.
