[KOTRA] Get to Know KOREA 2018: Experience the DMZ

You are cordially invited to Get to Know Korea 2018: Experience the DMZ, an event held by Invest KOREA in which valued members of Korea’s foreign business community and their families can indulge in the rich history and culture of Korea.
At this event, participants will visit the DMZ (demilitarized zone), where the two Koreas are divided – at a time when the prospects of peace on the Korean peninsula is garnering much attention. The visit will consist of the Third Underground Tunnel, built by the North; the Dora Observatory, North Korea’s Gaeseong can be observed; and the Bridge of Freedom at Imjingak. By visiting areas demonstrating the history of the division between the two Koreas, participants will be reminded of the value of peace as well as hope for reunification.
Following the visit to the DMZ, participants will take a tour of the Gyeonggi Changeup Campus (Paju English Village), which is designed to reflect cities from all over the world. At the campus, a representative of Gyeonggi-do will speak on the prospects of the inter-Korean relations.
