L’Oréal Supports the Fight Against COVID-19 in Korea
[March 4, 2020] L’Oréal S.A, through its local Korean subsidiary and first Korean fashion & beauty lifestyle brand Stylenanda, has donated 200 million KRW to the Korean Red Cross to support relief efforts in the fight against the current COVID-19 outbreak.
L’Oréal’s donation will go towards helping low-income and at-risk populations who face hardship to purchase essential hygiene products such as masks and sanitizers.
“We recognize that it is a very challenging time for the wider community in Korea,” said Christian Marcos, President of L’Oréal Korea, “we believe it’s important to come together and help those in need as part of our commitment to Korea.”
This donation reflects the conviction of L’Oréal and its 2,000 employees in Korea to stand together in solidarity and actively support relief efforts in the fight against the current COVID-19 outbreak.
