A leading driver and strong advocate for European Businesses in Korea
Meeting with Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia in Ljubljana
On April 12, Marko Jare, Area Manager at International Relations Department, and Tina Buh, Senior Consultant, welcomed ECCK President Christoph Heider at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia (CCIS) in Ljubljana. Since the Slovenian Chamber has no representation in Asia, the one-hour-discussion revolved around what support activities the ECCK might be able to provide in bridging Slovenia to Asia. One of the agendas discussed was a potential business mission from Slovenia to Korea in connection with the Seoul Food & Hotel Fair, to be held in May 2017.
The CCIS was founded more than 160 years ago and now has 7,000 member companies. As a non-profit, non-governmental, independent business organization representing the interest of its members, the CCIS has been striving to provide essential services for enterprises operating in Slovenia. The CCIS unites under its roof 24 branch associations representing all sectors of Slovenian Economy and operates a network of 13 regional chambers.
