[MSF: Vacancy Notice] Finance Officer and FHR Manager

Purpose of the position: 

Performs the accounting and finance activities of the MSFK office (accounting, treasury, audit procedures, etc.) in compliance with legal obligations and MSF and Korean GAAP standards and protocols, in order to provide quality, reliable and transparent information to the organization, external partners, local authorities, and the general public on the use and allocation of resources.

Responsible for the full spectrum of financial accounting, reporting for management and corporate, Tax/Treasury and annual budget preparation.

Purpose of the position: 

• Be a key contributor in the development of strategies and plans for all aspects of Field HR for MSF Korea
• Be responsible for the effective implementation of Field HR strategies and plans, including recruitment marketing and events to attract potential field staff, and the planning and management of field recruitment, placement, development, and support of field staff in order to meet the operational needs of MSF internationally
• Coordinate with MSFK’s HR Generalist to ensure international staff contracting and salary compliance with MSF and Korean standards, and
• Be a key contributor in the development of policies and procedures relevant to Field HR and international field staff, and is responsible for their effective implementation
• Ensure that MSF Korea contributes to FHR issues and discussions in the movement as an informed, influential and respected member; attending and contributing to meetings and working groups;

The FHR Manager will represent MSF Korea in MSF international FHR forums and will be in regular contacts with counterparts in the OC’s and other sections for the recruitment, placement, support, and development of international field staff.
