A leading driver and strong advocate for European Businesses in Korea
New Year’s Message from ECCK Chairman
Dear Members and Friends,
On behalf of the European Chamber of Commerce in Korea (ECCK), I would like to express my warm regards and best wishes for our valued members and partners as we embark on the new year. 2017 was indeed a momentous year full of milestones for the ECCK. Marked by election of new board members, the Chamber’s first business delegation visit to European Union in Brussels, launching of two additional committees as well as a series of reputable conferences and high-level meetings, the ECCK had certainly brought stronger ties between the European and Korean business communities.
Through the course of 2018, the ECCK will be continuously striving to expand our services and connections to better serve and represent our members, in addition to keeping up with our annual conferences and seminars. Since the Chamber’s establishment in 2012 with 166 corporate members, we have been growing consistently, and our membership development – 350 members as of today – is one of the indicators. 2018 will be another significant year for the ECCK, and I am excited to see what lies ahead of us.
On a different note, the ECCK is hosting ‘ECCK New Year Party’ at Four Seasons Hotel Seoul on January 31, 2018. As it would be the perfect time to send warmth and spread good cheers and spirits with friends and partners, I hereby invite you to come celebrate this joyous time of the year with us.
Lastly, thank you all for your continous support and involvement. We very much look forward to working with you all again in the years to come.
