[Renault Korea] World-Premieres New Global Flagship Crossover ‘FILANTE’
Renault Korea, a valued member of the ECCK, officially unveiled its new global flagship crossover, the ‘FILANTE,’ for the first time in the world on January 13.
Announced as the second model of the “Aurora Project,” the FILANTE is a premium E-segment crossover that represents a close collaboration between Renault’s design centers in Korea and France. The vehicle features an original “crossover” style that seamlessly blends the elegance of a sedan with the versatility of an SUV.
At the launch event held in Seoul, Nicolas Paris, CEO of Renault Korea, stated, “The FILANTE is a bold and innovative crossover that integrates Renault’s technological flagship and ‘Human First’ philosophy. It is designed not only to meet the high expectations of Korean consumers but also to strengthen the premium value of the Renault brand in the global market.”
The FILANTE offers a sustainable driving experience through its upgraded Hybrid E-Tech powertrain and features an AI-driven infotainment system for an enhanced “Premium Tech Lounge” interior. To ensure long-term customer satisfaction, Renault Korea is also providing the “R:assure Premium Care Solution,” a comprehensive maintenance package for new owners.
Produced at the Busan plant, the FILANTE is scheduled for official domestic release this March, with pre-orders beginning nationwide on January 13.
