[Robert Walters Korea] A beautiful mural transforms dead public space into a vibrant walkway
On May 31, Specialist recruitment firm Robert Walters Korea carried out the ‘Mural Painting’ volunteer to paint the outer walls of a local kindergarten located in Seongdong-gu, Seoul. As an urban beautification, murals engage citizens, increase foot traffic and tourism, and increase the overall attractiveness of the space. In this activity, Robert Walters Korea’s employees helped the community turn into a more engaging and sustainable living environment.
Robert Walters has been committed to various corporate responsibility activities, from environmental stewardship to humanitarian initiatives, to make a positive impact on clients, candidates, colleagues, and local communities. The mural painting activity was a part of its ongoing effort for sustainability.
This year, Robert Walters Korea has extended its efforts for ESG with the announcement of ‘Save the Earth with Robert Walters,’ a year-round campaign in which 10,000-won will be donated for every placement made to local environmental organisations. JunWon Choi, Country Manager at Robert Walters Korea, said: “We will continue to seek socially responsible ways to be a force for good in society to uphold the Group’s unifying purpose of powering people and organisations to fulfil their unique potential.”
