[Robert Walters Korea] Awarded 2022 Happy Plus CSR Awards in Contribution to Job Creation Category for the Third Consecutive Year
Specialist professional recruitment firm Robert Walters Korea received the ‘Contribution to Job Creation Grand Prize’ at the ‘2022 Happy Plus CSR Awards’. The ‘2022 Happy Plus CSR Awards’ is co-organised by the Korea Enterprises Federation and the Association of Korean Journalists and is sponsored by the Ministry of Economy & Finance, Ministry of Education, Ministry of Trade, Industry & Energy, Ministry of Health & Welfare, Ministry of Environment, Ministry of Employment & Labour, and the Ministry of Gender Equality & Family.
Robert Walters Korea received the award in recognition of its continuous contributions to creating jobs in the new normal and leading exemplary CSR activities despite the prolonged pandemic. Robert Walters has been committed to running the business with a socially responsible mindset and becoming a positive force in society.
Since 2017, Robert Walters has partnered with the Global Angels Foundation to find sustainable solutions for safe drinking water, healthcare, clean energy, and small business development in Tsavo, Kenya. In 2021, the Group’s employees embarked on its ‘Walks to Kenya,’ event to raise donations by accumulating 6,341 miles through walking, running, or swimming for the Foundation’s clean water project. Robert Walters also holds an annual Global Charity Day, through which all employees across the Group lead and participate in fundraising activities to donate funds to chosen charities in local communities. In 2021, Robert Walters Korea donated to Doctors Without Borders to support underserved communities affected by natural disasters or pandemics.
