Robert Walters Korea Holds Global Charity Day
On October 27th, specialist professional recruitment firm Robert Walters Korea held an array of charitable activities on the Group’s annual Global Charity Day where employees participated in fundraising events for local and international charities in the 31 countries across their global network
At Robert Walters Korea, employees fundraised through goodwill activities including a marathon, beach clean-up, wall painting at children’s welfare centre, kimchi stew making at a community-based kitchen, raising a total of KRW 5 million for local charities. These charities included: Korea Childhood Leukemia Foundation to support children with cancer and their families; The Youth Happiness Foundation to assist education, protection, and residence of at-risk youths holding various issues including poverty and family instability/dysfunction.
Robert Walters Korea also donated clothes to Korea Unwed Mothers Families Association, and give practical support to single mothers.
