Spanning over 24 years of legal career, both in the U.S. and Korea, Mr. Koo has represented numerous industry-leading companies on a wide spectrum of Intellectual Property, Antitrust & Competition, and Litigation matters involving complex disputes, regulatory and government investigations, criminal matters, and counseling. Dave has served as a primary relationship and management attorney for many of such clients.
His experiences include providing expert assistance in telecommunications, enterprise database software, and digital audio compression industries in relation to the Korea Fair Trade Commission investigations and court appeals concerning market dominance and unfair trade practices. Dave also has handled multi-jurisdictional patent and antitrust litigation matters in the fields of LED, telecommunications, automotive, and chemicals, as well as advising telecommunications and internet companies on privacy, licensing, and government affairs matters.
