On March 26, 2019, the ECCK and European Automobile Manufacturers’ Association (ACEA) co-hosted its second ‘Korea-Europe Future Automotive Conference’ at the Conrad Seoul. Under the theme ‘The Future of Clean Mobility’, more than 100 industry experts and academics in the field of automotive technology participated to discuss about the future challenges and opportunities for electric vehicles and hydrogen fuel cell vehicles.
On the topic of ‘Vision for the Decarbonisation of Road Transport in the Near Future’, the keynote address was delivered by Erik Joannaert, Secretary General of ACEA. Also, featured speakers from Korea Automobile Testing & Research Institute, Hyundai Motor Company, Daimler AG, MAN Truck & Bus, and Kookmin University provided insights and fresh perspective on the trends in the sector.
‘Korea-Europe Future Automotive Conference’ symbolizes the efforts of ECCK to shed light on the trends of the industry and promote cooperation between Korean and European businesses.
