On February 4, ECCK organized a webinar on the Severe Accidents Penalties Act, which was passed by the National Assembly in January. 

During this webinar Mr. Jungwoo LEE, Partner at Yulchon, introduced the general framework and implications of the new Act. Following that, Mr. Yung Sang LEE, Partner at Yulchon focused the Act’s potential legal risk in terms of prosecution.
