Update on Korea Electronic Travel Authorization (K-ETA)
What is Korea Electronic Travel Authorization (K-ETA)?
K-ETA is an electronic travel authorization which visitors from designated visa-free countries are required to obtain before entering Korea (since September 2021).
Visitors from 96 designated countries (see chart 1) and those who fall under the ‘Priority Entry Persons’ from 16 suspended countries (see chart 2) are eligible to apply for K-ETA (as of April 1, 2022).
Those who have completed their K-ETA are exempt from arrival card submission.

How to apply?
Submit your application, at least 72 hours before departure via K-ETA webpage (http://www.k-eta.go.kr/) or mobile application (K-ETA).
Once submitted, information cannot be changed or modified (those with wrong information need to re-submit the application. Therefore, before submitting, please make sure that everything is correct.)
Validity period: within 2 years from the approval date and valid for multiples trips within the valid period.
Application Fee
10,000 KRW (subject to additional fee / payment can only be made by credit or debit card)
